Scout takes a look at some of the top uncommited prospects from the West that are just oustide the Scout 300that group and offers the latest on each prospect's recruitment

Patrick Enewally | CB | Cerritos (Calif.) Gahr
Scheduled Visits: None Scheduled
Decision Timeline: Sunday, January 27
The Skinny: Enewally has been tough to follow as he has been a lean to Washington and UCLA at different times over the past month. In fact, word is he has even been a silent commit to both schools at different times. The defensive back said UCLA was leading following his weekend official visit but it sounds like Washington had a good home visit with him earlier in the week and now they may be back in front. The plan is for Enewally to announce this Sunday at the West Coast Bowl and it could go either way at this time.

Marcellus Pippins | CB | El Cerrito (Calif.)
Scheduled Visits: None Scheduled
Decision Timeline: Signing Day
The Skinny: Pippins committed in October to Utah but took an official visit to Washington State over the weekend and the Cougars are still trying. Both head coaches plan to be in the home over the next week or two for home visits but the Utes are in good shape and they'll be very tough to beat.

A.J. Richardson | WR | Harbor City (Calif.) Narbonne
Scheduled Visits: Boise State (1/25)
Decision Timeline: Signing Day
The Skinny: Richardson committed last summer to California but the two party's recently parted ways. Boise State is involved and the receiver will officially visit the Broncos this weekend. At this late point in his recruitment, if things go well on the trip, you have to feel good about Boise State's chances.

Takkarist McKinley | DE | Richmond (Calif.) Kennedy
Scheduled Visits: California (1/25) and UCLA (2/1)
Decision Timeline: Signing Day
The Skinny: A longtime Cal commit, McKinley took an official visit to Washington State last weekend and is planning to visit Cal this weekend and UCLA the following weekend, though the Bruins have yet to offer.  Cal has the hometown feel and he's been a commit there for a while, but he enjoyed his trip to Washington State and the Cougars could be in a position to make a steal here.

Keishawn Bierria | OLB | Harbor City (Calif.) Narbonne
Scheduled Visits: Oregon (1/30) and Washington (2/1)
Decision Timeline: Signing Day
The Skinny: The top uncommitted defensive prospect in the City Section, Bierria visited Oregon State earlier this month and Arizona State last weekend.  He'll visit Oregon and Washington next week, back-to-back, but neither school has offered.  Right now, the Beavers have the edge, but that could change if either the Ducks or Huskies offer.

Charles Okonkwo | CB | Fontana (Calif.) Summit
Scheduled Visits: None scheduled
Decision Timeline: Late January-Early February
The Skinny: Okonkwo visited New Mexico last weekend, but the Lobos didn't make his final three.  That list includes Fresno State, Nevada and San Diego State.  He's hoping to visit Fresno State either this weekend or next.  Nevada, though, appears to be the favorite for Okonkwo.
