Heavy rains at The Event Center at San Jose State caused Thursday's night UTSA basketball game to be cancelled.

According to UTSA Atheltics, the Roadrunner's Western Athletic Conference game at San Jose State is cancelled and will not be made up.

Multiple leaks in the roof caused the court to be unplayable. There was a potential for playing the game on Friday, however The Event Center had a previous event scheduled.

UTSA and SJSU both sit at 3-13 records in the WAC standings and will have played one game less than the other teams in the conference once the season concludes.

UTSA wraps up its regular season on Saturday at Utah State. The game can been seen locally on KCWX-2. Tip off is scheduled for 8 pm.
