"The main offers I've got right now are from Boise State and Arizona," Walsh said. "Those are the two that really stand out the most… I'm working on the USC offer, I really want to go down there if I can."
Arizona is standing out most to the between his two main offers.
"Out of those two, I really like Arizona because I can really fit in with their linebackers," Walsh said. "I like how their coaches are down there too… They were saying that they really need linebackers, at middle linebacker too. They were telling me I would have a chance of starting down there."
Walsh had a chance to visit Arizona in the spring and most recently camped at USC. Though Walsh is high on Arizona, he is waiting to hear from USC. The Trojans may pull the trigger on an offer during the season.
"I went out down to their camp," Walsh said of USC. "They told me five weeks into the season they're going to come down and go to my game and then tell me what they're going to do then."
The 6-foot, 215-pounder had stood out at outside linebacker, but most colleges projected him at middle linebacker. Walsh will be making the adjustment to the inside for his senior season.
"The last few years I've been playing outside, but since colleges are recruiting me at middle linebacker, this year I'll be playing middle," Walsh said. "I can read really well and I hit really hard."
