Mac Users: If your computer cannot run the videos, and you are running OS X, have the new Flip4Mac plug-in installed, and have Windows Media Player 9 for OS X installed, you must do the following: Open System Preferences, click on the Flip4Mac green icon down in the "Other" section of System Preferences, click on the "Plug In" tab and UNCHECK the "Use Flip4Mac WMV Internet plug in". Close Safari if it is open. Launch Safari again and try the video again. It should fail with a "Safari can't display content on this page" error offering to try to view it with WMP for OS X. Click OK and WMP should launch and successfully play the video.
