ScoutTV: Jermiah Carter

Jermiah Carter

Fresno (Calif.) Edison's secondary is already considered one of the tops in the nation. However, the receiving corps has just as many accolades. One such star is getting close to receiving his first offer. BarkBoard.com caught up with Jermiah Carter to talk about his recruitment…

Jermiah Carter (5-10, 160) ran a 4.5 forty at the Scout.com San Francisco Combine back on April 28. He says he is about a, "4.4" now. Carter is one fourth of a very talented Edison receiving corps. Fellow senior John Tate just committed to Washington. In addition, juniors Rashaun Schaeffer and Rolando Jefferson have four offers between them. Carter made the all-combine team in San Francisco, and it looks like his first offer could be coming soon.

"UNLV is close to offering," Carter said. "I just want to go to school and play ball."

Watch the interview from Thursday night for more details and catch some of Carter's 2007 highlights.
