Robert Golden (5-11, 190) says he had the chance to hone his skills in San Antonio.

“The speed of the game is so much faster,” Golden said in comparison to the players in San Antonio compared to the Valley.

As well, no one quarterback on Edison’s schedule threw his way. No opposing coach tried to challenge Golden; he says the ball came his way less than five times all season long.

Instead, the four-star standout had many opportunities to display his excellent run support. He is shown in action from spring camps and the 2007 season…
