Fresno (Calif.) Edison CB Cliff Harris is considered the best at his position in the state. He earned MVP honors at the U.S. Army Combine last month and just got back from another event in SoCal where he comingled with over 200 of the best players in the West. The four-star standout has four offers and his still waiting to hear back from hometown Fresno State, who contacted him last month.
