Central Cali OL Picks Up More Offers

Greg Capella

Visalia (Calif.) El Diamante OL Greg Capella's recruitment is picking up steam. The all-state underclass selection from a year ago picked up two offers in the last few days to go along with his offer from UCLA he received last week. He will compete at the UnderArmour/Scout.com Combine this weekend at the Home Depot Center in Carson.

Greg Capella (6-4, 325) is strong, agile body that helped lead his team to a 12-1 record last season. The Miners employ a strong running game that utilizes a strong offensive line. Capella is the leader of that o-line.

UCLA recognized his talents and were the first to offer him last Monday. Now, two more schools have thrown their hat into the mix.

"Arizona and UNLV offered Greg," George Capella, Greg's father, told BarkBoard.com. "Arizona offered him yesterday (Wednesday) and UNLV offered him today."

Capella will compete this weekend at the UnderArmour/Scout.com Combine at the Home Depot Center in Carson. As well, he is scheduled to attend the Fresno State Individual Skills camp next weekend.

He currently favors UCLA, USC, Colorado, California, and Fresno State.
