NorCal LB Likes WAC Premium Story

Esparto (Calif.) LB Sam Foster is a rising prospect in Northern California. He hails from a school few know about, but he has a number of schools out West monitoring his development, including Boise State, Fresno State, Oregon State, and Washington State. He says his recruitment is still open, but does have favor one particular WAC school.
