The baseball team's national championship capped a great spring semester in Bulldog athletics, which started with the football team's bowl win over Georgia Tech. Fall camp is just over a month away, and Pat Hill's boys are anxious to build upon the baseball team's success. BB.C caught up with Bulldog WR Marlon Moore after Thursday's practice, and he says fall camp is not coming fast enough...

Marlon Moore (6-1, 190) had a terrific end to his sophomore campaign. He had his best games against BCS schools Kansas State in the home finale and Georgia Tech in the Roady's Humanitarian Bowl. In spite of missing three games with an injury, he led the ‘Dogs in receiving last season.

For the 2008 season, Moore says he wants to bring leadership to the young receivers on the roster. With a recent 4.35 forty, he says his official time should be about a 4.4, there is no question about his speed. Regardless, his game speed is unbelievable. He will arguably be one of the top deep threats in the West this season as long as he maintains his focus.
