Fresno (Calif.) Clovis West QB Jeff Tuel has been anxiously awaiting his first offer. The talented signal-caller has little game film, but he had great spring. But it was expected his first offer would not come until September. However, after a strong showing at the Fresno State team camp, the Bulldogs are showing interest and Washington State offered, with Tuel yet to start a varsity game.
