BB.C Radio: WR Rashad Evans

Rashad Evans is in the midst of his first week as a Bulldog. The highly touted recruit chose Fresno State over offers from California, Oregon, and Tennessee among others. BB.C caught up with him after practice Tuesday afternoon…

Rashad Evans played quarterback, defensive back, and some receiver last year for Union City (Calif.) Logan. Fresno State recruited him specifically to play slot receiver while most schools recruited him as a defensive back. Coach Pat Hill saw Evans as a playmaker that could be special in the Bulldog offense.

Evans spent Monday and Tuesday working under veteran receivers Marlon Moore, Jason Crawley, Seyi Ajirotutu, and Chastin West. When we caught up Evans after on Tuesday, he just finished working on some routes and drills after practice with Moore.

Mac Users: If your computer cannot run the videos, and you are running OS X, have the new Flip4Mac plug-in installed, and have Windows Media Player 9 for OS X installed, you must do the following: Open System Preferences, click on the Flip4Mac green icon down in the "Other" section of System Preferences, click on the "Plug In" tab and UNCHECK the "Use Flip4Mac WMV Internet plug in". Close Safari if it is open. Launch Safari again and try the video again. It should fail with a "Safari can't display content on this page" error offering to try to view it with WMP for OS X. Click OK and WMP should launch and successfully play the video.
