Stefphon Jefferson (5-11, 200) has rushed for 2,305 yards and 29 touchdowns this season with one game to go. One of his best performances was last Friday night when he rushed for 243 yards and two touchdowns while helping lead the Miners over vaunted Fresno (Calif.) Edison. The Tiger defense is loaded with future DI FBS talent, but Jefferson proved why colleges are vying for his services.
He will take his first official trip this weekend to Fresno State with a trip to Nevada to follow. We caught up with Jefferson after the Edison game to talk about his recruitment including his interest in staying home and playing for the Bulldogs…
