The one unit that must step up this season is the linebackers. Fresno State returns its three starters from a year ago, MLB Ben Jacobs, SLB Nico Herron, and WLB Kyle Knox. However, no position is safe with a crop of young, talented freshman linebackers coming in. Check out the photo gallery of the veteran backers, and you can see many have trimmed down in hopes of improving their game speed...
