Game Notes

Ryan Mathews 234 yards is third best in Fresno State history.

There were nine plays of 60 yards more: Mathews had touchdown runs of 69, 60, and 68 yards. Boise State’s Jeremy Avery had runs of 74 and 69 yards and a 67-yard touchdown reception. BSU’s D.J. Harper had a 60-yard touchdown run. BSU’s Titus Young and Doug Martin both had 77-yard kickoff returns.

Colburn started an atrocious 4-of-9 for 10 yards and two interceptions. In the second half, he went 10-of-20 for 177 yards and one touchdown.

Andrew Shapiro kicked off six times averaging 68.2 per kick. Kevin Goessling kicked off once for 59 yards.
