Vandal K Tino Amancio hit a 42-yard FG and missed a 52-yard attempt that bounced off the front of the crossbar in the second half. The Vandals made the score look a bit more respectable when Nooy hit TE Peter Bjorvik for a nine-yard touchdown with 1:15 left in the game.

Stitser connected on three of four field goals for Fresno State, including two from 44 yards. His lone miss was from 51 yards.
