Visalia (Calif.) El Diamante RB Stefphon Jefferson is a rising prospect. Fresno State among others is showing interest. He will attend the UnderArmour/Scout.com Combine this weekend at the Home Depot Center in Carson. He is shown in action from the 2007 season… Stefphon Jefferson (5-10, 190) is one of the top running backs in Central California for the 2009 class. He averaged nearly eight yards per carry last season while getting a bulk of his yards from the FB position. He shared the backfield with all-state RB Earl Rhodes last season, but still gained over 600 yards. Jefferson will be the primary running back this season for the Minors. He lists Fresno State, Hawaii, Boise State, Duke, Miami of Ohio, and BYU as his favorites. All have contacted him. He is seen here in action from the 2007 season.
