| BB.C Radio: Mathews Talks Summer Practice

The ‘Dogs kicked off the second leg of their eight-week summer practice session this week. The temperature was well into the 100s, but Bulldog RB Ryan Mathews is embracing the hot weather. In this edition of BB.C radio, he talks about the heat, Rutgers, his goals for the upcoming year, and much more... Ryan Mathews set the bar for all future incoming Bulldog freshman running backs. As a true, he just fell short of becoming a 1,000-yard rusher finishing with 866 yards while missing most of the last five games of the year with various injuries. He set a freshman mark with 14 rushing touchdowns, and with a year under his belt, the sky is the limit. BarkBoard.com caught up with Mathews after Tuesday's summer practice. He tells us the season is not coming fast enough...

Close Safari if it is open. Launch Safari again and try the video again. It should fail with a "Safari can't display content on this page" error offering to try to view it with WMP for OS X.
