Fresno State resumed bowl practice Thursday evening in its practice home away from home. The wet weather has forced the Bulldogs to move practice outside of its practice facility and Bulldog Stadium for the second time this month. Fresno State will face Georgia Tech December 31, 2007 in the Roady’s Humanitarian Bowl in Boise, Idaho.
