The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Tuesday that they signed four players from this past weekend’s rookie mini-camp. One of those four players is former Fresno State RB Clifton Smith. BarkBoard.com caught up with Smith Monday evening and he told us Tampa is the perfect situation for him.
