Edison CB Cliff “Woo” Harris was as dominant as ever in one-on-one competition. But the biggest surprise was Central Cali’s own Ben Bowen. The Visalia (Calif.) Mt. Whitney RB ran the fastest forty, and arguably was the best athlete at the event.
