| Stats/Honors: Had sevens sacks as a linebacker and was an honorable mention all-league selection.
Coach's Comments: Elsinore Head Coach Tony Peralta says of Brown, "He is the real deal. I have been coaching a long time and he is the best player I have ever coached. He is a self-motivated, low maintenance player. Quaadir is a downhill runner with great hands out of the backfield. He is a physical, strong player. We are a Wing-T team so he does not get a lot of looks but if he was the featured back he would have gone for close to 2,000 yards last year."
Brown: "I feel that I can play with anyone and I have a lot of desire. I just love the game."
